SELA developed and patented in 1984 a new process in which vapor can be recovered and soap dust can be reduced significantly.
In conventional soap drying plants the water content of the neat soap is reduced from 30% to 10% or 20% by evaporation. The vapor generated in the heat exchangers was not used in the past.
The new vapor extraction system integrated between the heat exchangers and the vacuum chamber extracts the vapor and thus gives significant commercial and operational benefits to the customer. It can be implemented in any existing soap drying plant.
