Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is common disease in many children. While this disorder doesn’t cause physical harm but it makes the kid stubborn, hyperactive and troublesome at home and school. Kids suffering from ADHD may be not that active than they have to be in small age. They may show impulsiveness, trouble in paying attention and sometimes seems to be obscure and difficult for their behaviour.
ADHD is more expected and prevalent in boys than girls and the term ADHD has been propounded by the American Psychiatrist Association a decade back. The patient of ADHD is seen as hyperactive, non-attentive, and over-impulsive at school and home. These children are difficult to manage and many times parents misunderstand their kid in such situation.
If the child is seen in this situation parents must keep a check on them and treatment should be started as soon as diagnose is detected. A proper diagnosis of child’s behaviour helps the physician to come to a point whether he/she has ADHD or not.
Causes of ADHD
The main cause of ADHD is identified as a less chemical produced in the brain which is responsible for organizing thought. Some of the points of brain do not work properly when the specific chemical which stimulates the thought process is not produced. However, some people consider other factors responsible for ADHD such as playing, bad parenting, disorganized life, stubbornness and impulsiveness etc. But the truth is that these enumerated factors don’t cause any disease to the children.
