SF Engineering Works have designed pilot resin plants for manufacturing of emulsion resins. Structural design, material and configuration of the plants can be customized to accommodate the specific requirements of the clients. Our resin plants can be used to produce both solvent as well as acrylic based resins. The capacity of these resin plants ranges from 10 to 100 litre per batch.
Our engineers can also provide installation and operational support at the client's site. The guidelines for operation and maintenance of these resin plants are provided in order to ensure hassle free performance of the plant for years to come. Reactors All the reactors used in plants are fabricated as per ASME codes. These reactors are available different capacities ranging from 1000 ltrs to 2000 ltrs. Specially designed agitators with heating coils / jackets upto 350°C are configured in the reactors for enhanced performance. Optimum temperature is maintained in the plants throughout the production process.
Heat Exchangers Heat exchangers configured in the plant feature thermic fluid heating systems with capacity upto 3 Million KCAL / hr. The innovative design of the exchangers comply with stringent safety requirements. Ancillary equipment are provided for increased performance. Moreover, we also provide option for steam generators with the capacity of 1000 Kgs / Hr.
Condenser Customers can choose from different types of condensers for their specific application requirements. The material and specifications of every condenser may vary as per the demand of the client. We offer the following choice for the condensers:
