COMPANY PROFILE

Shellstone Imports is the dominant importer of Marbella Shellstone. In fact, it was Ignacio Paz (Founder & President) who named it Marbella in the first place. Marbella in Spanish means Beautiful Ocean and that is exactly what this stone encapsulates. It all started with a 2x2 piece of stone brought back to America by Ignacio. Little did he know that he had just stumbled upon one of the most unique natural stones on the face of the Earth. The reception of this little piece of stone was so colossal that he immediately set up shop & began quarrying. What started out as some tiles with only a couple sizes has now grown into a full product line consisting of Tiles, Pavers, Pool Copings, Stair Treds, Wall Caps, Wall Tiles & Baseboards. We have many different finishes & sizes, not to mention all the Custom Cuts we are capable of producing on special order. Marbella Shellstone has been available to our clients since 1991 and will only continue to develop over the decades to come. And to think it all started with that little piece stone.
