Finger Grip Exerciser is not design for
musical instrument, but for practicing the hand and isolated
fingers, make them more strengthen, flexible and coordinative.
Every physical exercise start from lowre sistance and slow
practice. Hold the exerciser in hand and place your finger-tip
on the top of the buttons independently. Push the button
down, keep the gesture for 3-5 second, then relax,repeat
this practice for 5-10 times. Slowly increase to 3 group of
10 times practice(totally 30times). After that, add more
strong resistance from 5 to 10 times step by step. While
you feel painful or tired, please stop the practice immediately.
Just as other physical exercise, practice too much or not
proper use of the apparatus would cause muscle pain or
injury. So the speed of the practice should be slow, and
increasing frequency and resistance cautiously.
