Applications and features:
This machine has many types and models. 3-servo motor driving, center sealing, zipper bag and standing pouches are available at request.
1. Double servo motors driving. Strong whole cast iron as side wall to insure top stability.
2. It employed an industrial computer with 15" color monitor for the control of unwinding tension---in feed speed---EPC--- Film storing tension---Assistant pull and length control compensation--- main pull length control and tracing compensation---Seal die temperature (TP8C)control --- Multiple feeding function---seal & cut speed, and others such as counting, repeat, alarm indicate and machine stop.
3. Pull length control and assistant pull and length control systems employed 2 sets of imported AC servo motors and controlled by the industrial computer.
4. Main seal & cut motor and unwinding motor employed 2 sets of imported V.F drives and controlled by the industrial computer.
5. Unwinder assembly (imported magnetic powder brake) has constant tension controlled by the computer.
6. Automatic transverse inspection and positioning, employed Germany photocells and linked to the computer.
6. Collect Platform employed a single-phase capacitor to drive the motor for Repeat bag collection.
7. The not seal die employed an alloy of aluminum and magnesium. Strong, small distortion and top sealing quality.
8. The machine has multiple sized feeding function for super big sized bag making.
9. This machine has many types: for 3-side sealed bags, center sealed bags, zipper bags and standing pouches.
