The Technological Centre of Zemgale manufactures wooden construction houses in Latvia since 1991. There were built small size split log houses in the beginning, but at the moment the main activity is manufacturing of wooden panel houses. ZTC celebrated 20 year Anniversary on 20th of August 2011. We can surely say that we give at least 20 year guarantee to our houses. We are able to provide quality!
