Slacan Industries Inc is Canada's largest designer and manufacturer of Pole Line Hardware, and designs and supplies Substation and Structural Steelwork for the Utility Market as well as forgings, hot and cold stamping and weldments for the OEM market serving the agricultural, mining and other industries.

In 1996, Slacan's Quality Management System was registered by QMI to ISO 9001 and is currently registered to ISO 9001:2000, Certificate #000550. Slacan also maintains Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) certification of our welding processes.
INFRASTRUCTURE
In 1986, Slacan relocated to a new 120,000 sq.ft. facility in Brantford, Ontario, 20 miles west of Hamilton where it had started its business.
