Shower Nozzle
The transducer in the Megasonic Shower Nozzle generates a Megasonic wave, which is transmitted to the flowing liquid (e.g.: DI-water) and the substrate surface. The Megasonic energy is concentrated at a small slot of 1,8 mm and a length of 405, 670, 1330 mm or a customs specific solution.
This Megasonic Shower Nozzle provides advanced non contact cleaning processes of most sensible surfaces from particles at a size down to 0,1 µm.
