More than twenty-five years later Ray and Donna Hebert continue the tradition of fine candy making begun by Ray's grandfather Frederick E. Hebert, 75 years ago. Our caffeine-free ivory milk coating (known as white chocolate) has a cocoa butter base which gives it a smooth, yet bold, taste.
