We offer a wide range of process malt extract, which is produced through a flour mill. These are prepared from malted grain, which is crushed with a hammer mill to a grist. These are used with hot water, which fed into mash conversion vessel (top) where the temperature is carefully controlled. Then the starch is converted into sugar and dissolves in water. Further, the mash is transferred to a meura mash filter (opposite) where the wort (liquid) is separated from remaining husk.
