Application the 950/1200℃ box-type electric furnace is a working furnance. It is mainly used
to process the heat treatment for metal parts and alloy-steel parts under rated temperature.

Brief introduction: the electric furnance is made up of furnance mantle, furnance lining,
heating unit and controller cabinet, etc. furnance lining consists of 0.6 super-light firebrick and
refractory fiber and otherwise; heating unit, which is spiry high resistence alloy wire, is located
on two sides of firebox, the bottom of firebox and the door of firebox. As it is in use, we put
workpieces on the bottom plate which is inside hearth. Arch is controled by hand chain wheel or
mechanical drive. There is a temperature thermocouple on the top of furnance.
