AC servo motors give fast and reliable positioning of the spindle and wire guide. Both the headstock and tailstock spindles are synchronously driven to allow winding of microscopic coils. Easy adjustment of the winding width by standard micrometer setting or optional programmable tailstock which can also follow the wire guide from the headstock on the first winding layer. Tanaka Seiki's G2 controller with PC interface gives a graphical programming environment that will be familiar for any computer user and machine programmer. Other options are available including alcohol bonding, linear ejecting, wire skeiner, and wire stripper unit.

The SS01 is a fully automatic 4-axis CNC multi-spindle coil winding machine which will terminate and wind the wire on the component. The balanced design structure of the MS series allows for high speed production while maintaining quality and reliability through minimum vibration. AC servo motors give fast and reliable positioning of the spindle and wire guide. Tanaka Seiki's G2 controller with PC interface gives a graphical programming environment that will be familiar for any computer user and machine programmer. It is possible to build up the automation line by using our quick loading/un-loading and the tooling transfer system. Tanaka Seiki's G2 controller with PC interface gives a graphical programming environment that will be familiar for any computer user and machine programmer. Many options are available including bonding, tailstock, forming, testing, packaging, and wire stripper unit.

The 400W variable speed induction motor with Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control is standard on the AX2. The servo motor control makes for accurate wire guide traverse positioning and continuously monitored quick response adjustment even at high speed. With a maximum of 80mm/s, the AX2 is suitable for most pitch winding applications. Programming is made easy through the on-line programming feature. The various winding capabilities include varying pitch, winding width or speed during winding, and pitch winding. Traverse correction feature corrects the wire guide traverse position when it runs ahead or behind the wire. Connection to a personal computer through the RS232C port is used to up load and down load programs for extra program storage capacity. The GPIO port allows you to sequence the operation of the winder with accessories such as hot air guns, skeiners and others.
