The Maglev Train developed and manufactured by TRC is a kind of new railway traffic equipment. The train is levitated by attractive force existing at the interval between the levitated electromagnet and track. Due to the interval filled with air, no contact and friction between the train and track, so the train shall be driven by linear motor.The running speed of the Maglev Train is about 120 km/h that is equal to that of LRV and metro car. Power system is composed of auxiliary power supply, control power supply, levitation power supply and traction power supply. Each car is equipped with 4 bogies, 8 linear motors and 32 levitated electromagnets. Brake system consists of electric brake and mechanical brake. Communication system consists of WTB (wired train bus) and MVB (multifunction vehicle bus). Carbody is of super-light structure of aluminum alloy and aluminum honeycomb connected by riveting and welding technology. Parts and components of the Maglev Train adopts light-weight and environmental friendly materials to the most extent. Long ribbon structure is preferred for the side windows. Its interior decoration is terse, sprightly, comfortable and graceful. The Maglev Train is equipped with air-conditioning, video & audio system and public address system.
