Digital Yarn Control Time Settings : The Tecatron Piezo-Electric Weft Stop Motion System detects every Yarn Break or Stop over a programmable length, this to control the Yarn motion over the total weft time. A digital extra time can be set after the end signal by the proximity switch, to adjust the total control time. Switch single-double : each of the 8 eyelets can be switched into the single or double control position. - Single: detect every unwanted extra yarn movement into other eyelets from the selected Single eyelet group , for instance if extra yarns are inserted by mistake. - Double : By switching eyelets into the double position, this eyelet group controls that always 2 eyelets are activated during the weaving cycle. If only 1 or more than 2 eyelets are activated, the machine will be stopped automatically.
