Water pipes are manufactured from hard linear PE raw materials with strenght features of PE 80 and PE 100, the recommended field of application are construction of potable water pressure pipe networks. The life time of a professionally constructed hard PE pipe line placed under the ground, with operational temperatures below 20?C and the operational pressure level being in accordance with the pressure level of the product, is 50 years. The water pipes with diameters of ? 20-755 mm are manufactured in coils, ?90-?110 mm are manufactured in coils and in lengths, whereas those with diameters above ? 110 can be produced in lengths (12 /15m). The colour of the water pipe is black, with blue identification marking. Standard dimension ratio (SDR) is ratio of the nominal outside diameter of a pipe to its nominal wall thickness. Water pipes are manufactured: * PE80 ? SDR11 (PN12,5), SDR13,6 (PN10), * ? SDR17,6 (PN6,3), SDR21 (PN6), * PE100 ? SDR17 (PN10), SDR11 (PN16) Water pipe minimal wall thickness is 2 mm. Water pipe networks can be constructed by welding or by using standard fittings.
