Starting with semi-finished blanks or bar stock, we forge and/or machine to meet or exceed your exact needs. Depending on the nut size, these modern machines can produce from 58 to 120 nuts per minute, enabling us to compete internationally at world class prices and quantity. dyson maintains a large inventory of blank and finished nuts, as well as finished washers. Same day shipments are available. Specials can be produced in a wide variety of sizes and materials. In-house forging, machining, heat treat and mechanical testing allows for quick turnaround on all non-standard nuts and washers. the dyson d-loc is a free spinning self-locking nut that seals and dampens vibration. The nut has an insert on the bearing surface that flows into the internal & external threads when fully torqued. The insert comes in a variety of materials to handle varying temperatures.
