the custom car bottom furnace shown above was designed a little bit differently to fit the customer’s products. The oven or heated chamber was custom made to be 72” high x 216” deep x 72” wide. It was also decided that four hydraulically driven cars should be added to make up the furnace bottom. This industrial car bottom furnace is rated for high temperatures. The maximum operating temperature is 1010°c (1850°f). thermcraft can easily design the furnace or oven that your plant needs for the products that you manufacture. We can build your furnace on-site or assemble it in our manufacturing facility and then ship it to your plant. many extras can be added to any of the unique designs that thermcraft offers.
