Olive oil 80 ml
Paprika and oregano 1 table spoon
Place the meat in a bowl, add the olive oil, paprika and oregano. Cut the peppers, the tomatoes and onions in squares of 2 cm and mix with the rest of the ingredients in the bowl. Marinate for 10-15 minutes. Place the meat on skewers followed successively by the tomatoes, the peppers and the onions. Cook the kebab on charcoal on low heat.
