
In a large saucepan, add 1 lb.(.45 kg) boneless, cubed chicken breast, 1 cup (or more) hot water and a pinch of orange food color (optional) to 1 cup (250g) of paste. Cook over medium heat for approximately 3-5 minutes or until chicken is almost done. Then, add 1/2 cup whipping cream and cook for another 1 - 1 1/2 minutes. Garnish with cilantro or parsley and serve hot with rice or Serenna'sTM whole wheat roti. Refrigerate after opening. Use within 10 days after opening.
