Tisakril® is the registered trade mark for Nitrification-Butadiene-Styrene copolymer (ABS) compounds manufactured by Tisan.
The ABS is known glossy that has high styrene ratio whereas has high butadiene ratio. The most amazing mechanical properties of ABS are resistance and toughness. A variety of modifications can be made to improve impact resistance, toughness, and heat resistance. Impact resistance does not effect of changing on thermal interaction. Tisakril® is considered superior for its hardness, gloss, toughness, and electrical insulation properties. Tisakril® polymers are resistant to aqueous acids, alkalis, concentrated hydrochloric and phosphoric acids, alcohols and mineral oils. All materials comply with the RoHS norm requirements.
Modification of ABS by compounding with glassfiber, mineral fillers and other modifying additives produces a substantial change in the properties of the base material and gives to compositions based on Tisakril® following properties.
