Our Heat Transfer Vinyl is a durable PET (polyethylene terephthalate) based material, specially engineered for garment decoration. Applied Material: Used for any type of cloth material including 100% cotton, 100% polyester and mixture of both Printing Machine: Cutting plotter Standard Size: 500CM X 10 M (All size available per customer's requirement) Usage Instruction 1.Create your design in graphics software and mirror the image in the effects menu 2.Load our heat transfer Vinyl film onto your cutting plotter. 3.Always test cut to ensure proper depth, speed and down force. 4.Weed film from carrier that you do not want to transfer. 5.Place image on the surface to which you are transferring the film 6.Place a Teflon sheet between the heat platen and the polyester carrier sheet to prevent sticking and edge damage to the transferred design. 7.Heat press between 160°C - 180°C for 8-15 seconds using firm even pressure.
