Established in 1990, Transforge(UK) Ltd is a leading steel fabricator, manufacturing components, exactly to customer specification. Our enviable reputation is firmly established within the Communication, Construction, Power and Transport Industries. Located in the centre of England we operate throughout the United Kingdom and worldwide, manufacturing everything from Fibre Optic Cable support brackets to Structural Steelwork to sports equipment. Together with our proactive management systems, flexibility to accommodate the majority of steelwork requirements, speed, quality, at the right price, we are able to meet our objective. All our welding operatives are coded, certified to BSEN 287-1:1992 with procedures to BSEN 288-3:1992 for material upto 40mm thick. Recently appointed European Agents for Canadian based ENERVAC Corporation, designers and manufacturers of static and mobile Sf6 Gas and Oil Reclamation for low and high voltage equipment applications manufactured to your individual specification. We are able to offer spare capacity to manufacturing companies, requiring temporary assistance, with total control and reliability.

INFRASTRUCTURE

We have at our modern premises, a highly skilled workforce, operating a range of sophisticated metalworking machinery, manipulating mild, high yield, stainless steels, aluminium, copper, brass from 1-40mm thick, producing finished components upto 1000kg each, all under one roof.

Our In-house Quality Systems guarantee product quality from placement of order through to despatch. In line with ISO 9002 and in place since 1992, our system has integrated Health & Safety and Environmental policies. The system is continually assessed and improved, to maintain each Product is correct first time, every time.
