Just a special combination of aqueous cleaning chemicals and machinery traditional methods of mould cleaning are time consuming, labour intensive and abrasive. by using a turbex ultrasonic cleaning machine, the result is a cleaner mould with reduced manual input and no wear, leading to large cost savings. mould cleaning machines typically incorporate two or three tanks with the following functions: tank 1: ultrasonic wash with optional closed loop filtration and oil skimming. tank 2: water rinse, often with air bubble agitation to assist in the rinse process. Timer controlled, auto purge is also useful. tank 3: if the moulds are going to stores, machines may include a third tank with dewatering fluid. the models available range from small 40 litre ultrasonic tanks up to machines for cleaning moulds of 2000 kg in weight.
