Turbex Ltd was established in 1981 and has been supplying Component Cleaning Machines since this time. Turbex offers a very wide choice of Component Cleaning Machines, backed up by expert advice, on cleaning agents, component handling methods and process specifications. We supply single and multi stage spray washing machines, single and multi stage ultrasonic cleaning machines, tunnel washers, mould cleaning machines, dunking/agitation, basket rotation, jet turbulation, cascade deionising rinsing, hot air drying, spray lance cleaning, oil skimming, oil emulsion separation, steam extraction and filtration systems. At TURBEX we are able to provide total product support for all your component cleaning requirements, based on the concept of long term partnerships. TURBEX have extensive facilities and machines which enable us to carry out comprehensive cleaning trials for both existing users and new customers. At the Alton Component Cleaning Technology Centre, we demonstrate the latest cleaning methods including spray wash and ultrasonics with rinsing, oil separation and filtration on both manual and automated systems.
