Sheet Making Plant (Plastic Sheet Plant) From LDPE/HDPE/PP/HIPS/ABS & Nylon
Specifications for the extruder will be same as other extruders. Screw & Barrel made from alloy nitride steel (EN-41B) and processed for gas/plasma nitride. Energy efficient helical reduction gear box will be coupled with variable speed electric motor to rotate the screw.
Temperature and all electrical controls will be through sophisticated temperature and control panel.
Coat hanger (TEE) die will be made with very accuracy to distribute the melt flow across the lip. Polishing stack rollers will be dual jacketed. Highly mirror finished, hardened and hard chrome plated with rotary joints for cooling /heating the roller surface according to product need. Hot /cold oil/water circulation and temperature control system will be there.
