Polyethylene Coating is a very effective coating method applied as three layers to the outer surface of the pipe.
Pipe is heated to 180-220°C in a gas oven or induction cabinet, the pipe surface is coated electrostatically with the use of special epoxy guns. Adhesive layer is obtained with the extrusion method and adhered to the pipe surface with a silicon roller. Polyethylene that is also obtained through extrusion method is coated with the same method. Pipe coated with polyethylene is cooled down to 50-70°C.
