The Ash Handling Plant is widely used in thermal power plants for removing the residue remained after the coal is incinerated. In the plant ash is sucked in a specially designed pipe through secondary hoods by vacuum then separated from air by a cyclonic effect. An Ash Handling Plant is well equipped with vacuum pneumatic ash collection & ash conveying units, ash storage silo for loading out and transporting and pressurized pneumatic ash conveying machine.
- Submerged ash handling for Stoker fired boilers
- Mechanical handling system for dry ash
- Pneumatic ash handling system for FBC boilers
- Ash conditioners and peripheral equipments
All the above plants may contain the shown machine, however may be changed, added or deducted to need the customer requirement or to option for better or economic system
To design the plant we have a good team & qualified engineers, who can design the highly qualitative but economical plant to meet customer requirements.
