This is one of the major parts for the lamps of data projectors. The technological threshold of the reflector is high. Since the core temperature of the filament reaches up to 960℃, the reflector must be capable to resist against a temperature of more than 450℃. High precision is another feature that the reflector must have. The internal curved surface of the reflector must be capable to reflect the beam radiated from the lamp to the screen in front of the lamp (this is why the product is named "reflector"), and the five core elements - high precision mold technology, accurate optical design, heat resistant glass material, precision glass molding technology and optical thin-film coating technology - must be combined perfectly to produce the product.
