are used for separation of tramp iron found in Tea, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Fertilizers, Plastics Granules, Textile (cotton/synthetic) fibers, Ceramics, Foundry Sand, Cattle Feed materials, Minerals, Food products, Detergents etc. They are available in flat as well as curved shapes and can be easily installed in ducts, spouts, feed trays over belt conveyors an din chutes constructed of any shape. Magnetic plates are provided with clamps / threaded holes for easy mounting. They can be manufactured for required dimensions / size and shape.
Magnetic Plates can also be used for holding and conveying of light objects in Tin container industries, tin covers manufacturing industries.
Low intensity Magnetic Plates of 1500-2200 Gauss Values are useful where the iron is in free form like nuts bolts, screws, iron chips, iron nails pieces of m.s. angles and channels etc.
High intensity Magnetic Plates of 4500-5500 Gauss Values are useful for separation of fine iron contaminations from fine powder / granules by holding rigidly on the magnetic surface such that "Wipe-off" product flow is eliminated. Magnetic Plates can also be fixed in suspended / inverted position where direct material flow is not in contact.
