We offer high quality steel base rolls alloyed with Adamite or Cr-Ni-Mo (Chrmium, Nickel, Molybednum). These rolls are statically cast and undergo high temperature heat treatment comprising of annealing, normalizing & tempering cycles. Our alloy steel bases feature high mechanical strength, excellent finish and high wear resistance properties. The higher alloy content in these roll as well as the presence of graphite in the form of spheroids provide in them optimum finish standards. Most nodular iron rolls are chill cast that are a result of hard working layer and softer nects. Further, the alloy content is also precisely controlled to provide a fine & well distributed graphite nodules as well as refined carbide in generally pearlitic or bainitic / martensitic matrix. The Higher alloy content Cr-Ni-Mo also makes the rolls tougher and wear resistant.
