Vogelbusch the bioprocces companyIt was around May 1921, that German-born Wilhelm Vogelbusch set himself up in Vienna as, in his own words, "a technical consultant for apparatus engineering, ethyl alcohol and compressed yeast". This date marks the beginning of today's VOGELBUSCH group of companies. Along with the emerging biotechnology industry, VOGELBUSCH took up the challenge of highly complex engineering for applications in the food, chemical, fuel and pharmaceutical industry, for meanwhile 90 years.
