WAVETEK manufactures both the online and laboratory-type conductivity analyzer and meters.
Conductivity meter: Model: UNIQUE3000
It is a microcontroller based conductivity Indicator with transmitter and controller. The measurement range can be any from 0 – 2.000 µS/cm to 0 – 2.000 mS/cm. Suitable cell constant can be used.
The UNIQUE3000 has 2 Relays output, that can be used for control applications. The relays are configurable for alarm purpose also with user-defined set-points. Hysteresis band also provided to avoid chattering problem.
The UNIQE3000 has additional 4-20 mA output which is proportional to the conductivity measured. The output can be used for interfacing to any further applications like PLC, data logging system, jumbo display system etc.
The instrument supports auto and manual temperature compensation facility, which compensates errors in measurement due to temperature variation.
The calibration and other settings are done very easily through the tactile key-pad. Since the calibration mode is password protected, any unauthorized access is avoided.

Laboratory-Type Conductivity Analyzer - Model MARVEL5000
The conductivity analyzer MARVEL5000 is a microcontroller based instrument which is useful for laboratories.
The key features are:
- Auto Ranging
- Suitable for any cell constant: K=0.1 / K=1.0 / K=10
The single instrument is suitable for measuring any range from 0-20µS/cm to 0-200 mS/cm with Auto-Ranging Facility. All the conductivity cells with different cell constant K=0.1, 1.0, and 10 can be used with the single instrument. This makes it versatile for any range of conductivity measurement.
The instrument supports Auto/Manual temperature compensation[ATC] facility. The errors in measurement due to temperature variation are hence compensated.
The calibration can be done very easily with a single standard conductivity buffer solution [Single Point calibration].
The instrument can be set to operate in two different modes:
- Conductivity measurement
- Temperature measurement
