Western Tile Design Center has been in business since 1940 as a family owned and operated business. My wife, Debbie, and I, David Miller, both work our stores and administrative office. Our daughter, Jaime Zapper, works in the Concord location, while her husband, Jim Zapper, handles our dealer base and works in our Dublin store.
