The Yerevan Telecommunication Research Institute was founded in 1978 as a branch of Moscow Scientific Research Institute of Radio Communication. The institute is specialized in the field of creation of the means and units of space communication. Since 1989 is independent and is involved in development and manufacturing of units and systems of communication, radioelectronical equipment of various destination as well as in the elaboration of the software. The institute consists of divisions that back up its financial, scientific and production activity.The existing technological base allows to produce the equipment of high quality.
