Usage of our High Pressure Suspension Grinder Mill: High Pressure Suspension Grinder Mill was invented after our 22 years Grinder Mill manufacturing experience. It can process various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%, such as barite, limestone, dolomite, gypsum, calcite, soap stone, calcium carbonate etc. The Product size is adjustable in the range of 80-425 mesh. It is possible to produce 30-80 mesh coarse powder through special device in the machine if necessary. Working Principle of High Pressure Suspension Grinder Mill: When the materials enter the Grinding Chamber, they will be shoveled up by the Shovels and grinded between the rollers and ring; after grinding, the materials are brought into the separator along with the air from the blower, and the qualified fine powder became final products and be blowed into the Cyclone Powder Collector, the unqualified powder fall down to be re-grinded. The circular air returns back to the Blower, then the above process will be repeated, and the remaining dust enters the Dust Collector in order to protect the environment.
