- Force to dry with hot air dryer below 60 is allowed.
RP fast dry thinner, RP medium dry thinner or RP slow dry thinner.
Use organic solvent to clean the stencil, such as 007 cleaner.
1 It is recommended to test beforehand as rubber is different in structure from each other. For silicic rubber and sulfureted rubber, the RP ink may lose adhesion to it.
2 Keep rubber in cool and sunless condition as it cant resist high temperature and may lose flexibility.
3 To increase adhesion, add 2%-8% 9004/9005 additive, make sure finish printing within 8 hours.
PRODUCT RANGE AND PACKAGE
All the colors except outdoor process colors are available in 1KG, 5KG and 20KG containers.
Two years under sunless condition of 5-25, avoid contacting with acid and alkali.
